Biography
Professor Aimee Dudovitz is Of Counsel to Kesselman Brantly Stockinger. After law school Professor Dudovitz served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Dudovitz then worked as an associate at Irell & Manella, where she practiced constitutional, entertainment and election law. Next she worked at the Law Office of David C. Codell, where her practice included civil rights and entertainment litigation.
Professor Dudovitz also spent six years at Strumwasser & Woocher, where she specialized in election law and education law. Her election law practice included both overseeing compliance with campaign finance and reporting requirements and litigating cases involving the constitutionality of ballot measures, ballot arguments, redistricting, recounts and election contests. Her education law practice included representing and advising school districts on constitutional and public policy matters. Professor Dudovitz has extensive experience drafting briefs for trial, appellate and Supreme Courts in both the California and federal court systems. She is currently law faculty at Loyola Law School where she joined in 2010.
